HARMONIC MITIGATING TRANSFORMERS

A series of harmonic transformers that significantly reduce power bills and extend equipment life by eliminating harmonic disturbance. Harmonic currents, generated by non-linear electronic loads, (computers,copiers, casino equipment, hospital equipment, digital equipment, etc.) produce penalty losses in every element of an electrical distribution system. These losses increase the systems total loses and decrease the systems efficiency. A reduction in efficiency is directly proportional to an increase in power costs. The transformers are installed in over 30 Vegas casinos as well as many schools and DOD installations with supporting case studies and references. LEED points vary by project.  

ENERGY EFFIECIENT LIGHTING

Ewing and it’s partners conducted considerable research into which lighting products and practices could have a dramatic and immediate impact on energy consumption. Fluorescent lighting, replacing all forms of incandescent lighting, can reduce energy consumption from 40% to 80%.

Our induction fluorescent bulbs and ballasts (electrode less/wireless lighting) have up to 100,000 hour rated life (11.5 years at 24/7). This compares to the 10,000 to 20,000 hour rated life of High Intensity Discharge lamps (HID; Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium and Mercury Vapor) that we replace.

These replacement savings when combined with the energy savings can yield a total energy savings of up to 30% over a 10 year period. Brenco’s fluorescent line of products are GREEN and can add significant points to any new or renovation project seeking LEED certification.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ)

IAQ problems and the resulting illnesses and economic damages also can have legal and financial implications for all parties, including designers, builders, product manufacturers, building owners, employers, and occupants.

Airborne infectious agents such as bacteria Tuberculosis and Legionnaire’s Disease, cause infection as the result of inhaling the organism.

Asthmatic and allergic reactions have many causes, including exposure gases, pollen, particulate matter and microorganisms.

One study placed the annual cost of IAQ problems in U.S. buildings between $10 Billion and $100 Billion. These amounts are comprised of direct costs of health care, lost work time and lost worker productivity and loss of commercial opportunities.

Our Indoor Air Quality Product employees a three step synergistic approach

• Merv 13 Filtration - Reduces particulate and also serves to protect
  HVAC equipment and the final stages of the
  Genesis Air process from particulate contamination

• UVGI - Germicidal ultra violet light is used to activate the photocatalyst cell and provides additional measure of bacteriological irradiation

• Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO) - GAP™ is a process that uses a patented titanium dioxide coated media, when activated by UV light, creates a hydroxyl cloud oxidizing organic compounds that pass through the catalyst media, converting them into benign carbon dioxide and water vapor.

MOTOR BEARING DAMAGE PROTECTION

Damaging voltages are induced on the shafts of AC and DC motors controlled by variable frequency drives (VFD). Our product safely channels harmful shaft voltages away from bearings to ground dramatically extending motor life. The product ensures reliability by preventing pitting and fluting damage in bearings, protecting bearings for life. Applicable to motors in air-handling systems, pumps, compressors, heating and air conditioning systems, large AC and DC motors controlled in any manufacturing application where inverter driven motors are used, wind turbine shaft grounding, power generator plants/large motors generators, turbines, and other rotating equipment. TVSS

Finally, a TVSS you don’t have to replace. We represent the only transient voltage surge suppression (TVSS)technology that provides uninterrupted protection from damaging lightning strikes and surge currents that survives these events. Tested to be the safest on the market, this TVSS isdesigned to absorb and dissipate the excess energy of repetitive lightning strikes and power surges without performance deterioration. It provides safe, uninterrupted protection up to 200kA per module without requiring maintenance even under harsh environmental or poor power quality conditions. RACEWAY COOLING

NEW patented technology, an electrical raceway wire and cable "organizer” which meets the 2005 NEC electrical code allowing for more than 90 wires per single raceway enclosure (vs. 9 by current code). It greatly reduces installation time. Requires less space, reduces heat thus improving energy efficiency and safety. LEED points vary by project.
